    Beef and Cheese Stuffed Italian Bread

    Recipe Introduction


    This is a great appetizer that everyone will love.
    Ready to eat in 30 minutes.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground beef
    ½ package taco seasoning
    1 can condensed cheese & broccoli soup
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    1 loaf of Italian bread (approx 8-10 inch loaf)
    2 tablespoons of Parmesian cheese

    Recipe



    Cut the crust off the top of the Italian bread. Scoop out the
    bread making just a shell of crust.
    Brown the ground beef and drain. On low heat, stir in taco seasoning,
    soup, cheddar cheese. Mix well.
    Spoon the meat mixture into the bread shell and spread evenly.
    Sprinkle parmesian cheese over top, place top crust back on bread.
    Wrap bread in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Take out and allow to cool
    for about 15 minutes , and cut into slices.

    *I don't add bread pieces from loaf, as this tends to make mixture gummy*
