Leftover Potato Cakes

I made it by mistake.

An excellent way to use up mashed potatoes.
I like to add pressed garlic to mine.
List of Ingredients
4 cups mashed potatoes
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ Cup grated cheddar cheeseRecipe
In a medium bowl, add potatoes, eggs, salt, pepper and cheese.
Mix together with a potato masher. Form into patty size cakes.
Drop cakes onto a lightly greased frying pan. Fry for approximately
5 minutes each side, until brown. Serve hot or cold.
