    Cilantro Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (6 ounce) package reduced-fat feta cheese
    • 1 cup fat-free milk
    • 1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese
    • 1 (8 ounce) can green Mexican sauce, such as La Costena Green Mexican Sauce
    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • 1 clove garlic


    Instructions


    1. Cut feta into 1-inch pieces. Place in a bowl; add milk. Cover and chill 8 hours. (Soaking reduces sodium content.) Drain.

    2. Process feta, cream cheese, and next 3 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill 30 minutes. Serve with baked tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.

    3. Yield: 1 1/4 cups
    4. Per 3 tablespoons: 87 cal, 3 g fat, 9.6 g pro, 3 g carb, 13 mg chol, 580 mg sod.
