Stuffed Artichoke Coins
List of Ingredients
- 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke bottoms, drained
- 6 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried, chopped fine
- dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, basil and hot sauce.
- Spread in the "cup" of the artichoke bottoms. Place in a baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Add cheese to each "cup"
- Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
