Fried Rice

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups cooked long grain rice
- 4 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 10 spring onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons root ginger grated
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok or large saucepan and stir in onions,mushrooms and ginger,toss for 1 minute,add eggs and lightly scramble then place on a warm plate.Add rice to wok and heat to warm through,return eggs to pan and add soy sauce then mix well and serve.
