- 1 1/2 cups snow peas
- 1/2 cup diagonally sliced carrots
- 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Cook snow peas and carrots in boiling water for 30 seconds; drain. Toss vegetables with remaining ingredients.
