    Country Rye Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups bread flour
    • 1 1/4 cups rye flour
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 package dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)


    Instructions


    1. Lightly spoon flours into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Follow manufacturer's instructions for placing all ingredients into bread pan; select bake cycle, and start bread machine.

    2. Yield: 8 servings (serving size: 1 slice). 214 cal, 4.2g fat, 5.1g pro, 39.2g carb, 0mg chol, 294mg sod.
