    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
    • 1 1/8 cups milk ( for Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines add 4 tablespoons more milk
    • 1/2 cup lemon curd
    • 3 cups bread flour
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
    • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    • 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten -- optional


    Instructions


    1. Place the ingredients in the bread pan, insert it in the machine, select a Light Crust setting and press Start.
    2. After the baking cycle ends, remove the bread from the pan, place on a cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing.

    3. Yield: 1 1/2 pounds
