Lemon Curd Bread

List of Ingredients
- 2/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 1/8 cups milk ( for Welbilt/DAK and Zojirushi machines add 4 tablespoons more milk
- 1/2 cup lemon curd
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon vital wheat gluten -- optional
Instructions
- Place the ingredients in the bread pan, insert it in the machine, select a Light Crust setting and press Start.
- After the baking cycle ends, remove the bread from the pan, place on a cake rack, and allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing.
- Yield: 1 1/2 pounds
