    Pumpkin Yeast Rolls

    Cooking Light-12/98-adapted for bread machine


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 1 1/8 teaspoons dry yeast
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 3/8 cup skim milk
    • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
    • 2 tablespoons stick butter or margarine
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
    • 1 large egg white


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingred. in bread machine; set on dough cycle. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface. Coat 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape each into a ball. Place 1 ball in each muffin cup. Cover and let rise 30 min. or until doubled. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Uncover dough; bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. Remove from pan; cool on wire racks.
