- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced pear
- 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
Instructions
- Bring water and apple juice to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in oats and salt; reduce heat to low, and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add pear, cranberries, cinnamon, and vanilla, stirring gently to combine; cook 3 minutes or until oats are tender. Stir in pecans and milk.
