Cajun Flank Steak

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 pound flank steak, trimmed
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over both sides of steak.
- Heat a large nonstick grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook 5 minutes on each side. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
