1 pkg. Pillsbury® French Vanilla cake mix; reserve 3 tablespoons for topping
1 egg
2 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 can Pillsbury Coconut Pecan Frosting
12 ounce package (2 cups) chocolate chip
1/2 cup pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 10x15 pan with cooking spray, or spread with butter/margarine.
In large bowl, combine butter and cake mix, mixing well. Add egg and stir in oats. Press 2/3 of this in bottom of pan, about 2 1/2 cups.
Microwave the frosting on high for 1 minute. Add the reserved 3 tablespoons cake mix and stir until large lumps disappear.
Drizzle half the frosting mixture over cake in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans. Drizzle with remaining frosting. Crumble the remaining cake mixture on top.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min (until top is golden brown and edges are bubbly). Cool completely. Makes 48 bars
