    Asparagus Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (15-16 ounce) cans asparagus, drained
    • 1 (15-16 ounce) can Le Seur type 'baby' peas, drained
    • 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can roasted garlic-mushroom soup
    • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
    • 1 ( 8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    • Cracker crumbs or buttered strips of toasted bread (about 1/4 sleeve of Ritz), optional


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Layer all ingredients except crumbs or toast in an ovenproof casserole. Top with buttered strips of toasted bread or cracker crumbs, if desired.
    3. Heat through until bubbly and cheese has melted.
