    Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 3/4 cup sour cream
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Melt chips in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat; beat in sour cream, sugar and vanilla.


    Final Comments


    Notes: Add more powdered sugar and let cool some for thicker icing.
