Strawberry Daiquiri Cake




List of Ingredients



• 1 package Pillsbury Plus strawberry cake mix
  
• 1 (10 ounce) box frozen strawberries, thawed
  
• 3 eggs
  
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  
• 2 teaspoons rum extract
  
• Glaze frosting:
  
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  
• 1 teaspoon water
  
• 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  






Instructions



1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup fluted tube pan. In a large bowl, combine the cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
   
2. n a small bowl, blend all glaze ingredients until smooth. If thinner glaze is desired, stir in more water one drop at a time. Spoon over cooled cake.
