- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
