    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 2 teaspoons finely chopped canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
    • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 mango, peeled and chopped
    • 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well.
    2. Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1/2 cup). 118 cal, 0.6g fat, 6g pro, 23.5g carb, 6.6g fiber, 0mg chol, 1.5mg iron, 299mg sod, 26mg calc.
