    Yogurt-Tahini Dip

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 clove garlic, crushed


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    2. Yield: 1 cup
    3. Serving size: 1 tablespoon 27 cal, 1.8 g fat, 1.3 g pro, 1.9 g carb, 1 mg chol, 87 mg sod.
