    Chewy Chocolate Cookies

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (18.25 ounce) package light devil's food cake mix
    • 2 tablespoons stick margarine or butter, softened
    • 2 tablespoons water
    • 2 large egg whites
    • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from pans; cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.

    3. 60 cookies
    4. 50 cal, 1.5 g fat
