- 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 8 (1/2 cup) servings at 172 cal and 2.5g fat.
Instructions
- Beat together condensed buttermilk and cream cheese. Stir in buttermilk and blueberries. Freeze according to machine directions.
