    Pineapple Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups coarsely chopped pineapple
    • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract


    Instructions


    1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, and pulse 10 times or until finely chopped. Cover and Chill.

    2. Yield: 1 3/4 cups (serving size: 2 tablespoons). 24 cal, 0.1g fat, 0.1g pro, 6g carb, 0.4g fiber, omg chol, 0.2mg iron, 1mg sod, 4mg calc.
