List of Ingredients
- 1/2 pound medium shrimp (about 20), peeled and cooked
- 2 small avocados, peeled and coarsely chopped about (1 1/4 cups)
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- coarse salt to taste
- 32 baked tortilla chips
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently to mix; let stand 5 to 10 minutes. Serve at room temperature.
