    Broiled Salmon with Honey and Vermouth

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 tablespoons dry vermouth or white wine
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons country-style Dijon mustard
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets, about 1 inch thick


    Instructions


    1. Preheat broiler.
    2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray, brush with half of the honey mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with remaining honey mixture.
