- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick), skinned
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat; add fish. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
