Grilled-Fish Soft Tacos with Citrus Salsa

- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 4 (6-ounce) red snapper or other firm white fish fillets
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- cooking spray
- 4 cups Citrus Salsa Slaw (see recipe)
- cilantro sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare grill.
- Wrap tortillas in foil; set aside.
- Combine chili powder, oil and lime juice in a small bowl; brush over both sides of fillets. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fillets, and arrange in a wire grilling basket coated with cooking spray.
- Place tortillas packet and grilling basket on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until tortillas are warm and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place 1 fillet on each tortilla, and top with 1 cup Citrus Salsa Slaw; fold tortilla in half. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
