    Grilled-Fish Soft Tacos with Citrus Salsa

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    • 1 tablespoon chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
    • 4 (6-ounce) red snapper or other firm white fish fillets
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • cooking spray
    • 4 cups Citrus Salsa Slaw (see recipe)
    • cilantro sprigs (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Prepare grill.

    2. Wrap tortillas in foil; set aside.

    3. Combine chili powder, oil and lime juice in a small bowl; brush over both sides of fillets. Sprinkle salt and pepper over fillets, and arrange in a wire grilling basket coated with cooking spray.

    4. Place tortillas packet and grilling basket on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until tortillas are warm and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Place 1 fillet on each tortilla, and top with 1 cup Citrus Salsa Slaw; fold tortilla in half. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.

    5. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 taco). 459 cal, 13.8g fat, 43.4g pro, 39.7g carb, 4.9g fiber, 67mg chol, 3mg iron, 658mg sod, 169mg calc.
