Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 2 medium garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
- 1 (2-pound) flank steak
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except flank steak in a medium mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Taste for seasoning.
- Flatten out the flanksteak in a large, shallow, non-aluminum dish or large plastic bag. Pour the marinade over and marinate 2 to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the grill for medium-heat grilling. Remove steak from marinade and grill 3 inches from the flame, 5 to 7 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Olace on a carving platter and slice thinly against the grain. Serve immediately.
