Make Corn Salsa: Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat 2 minutes. Add oil and corn. Cook corn stirring, just until it begins to brown. Stir in salt.
Transfer to medium bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.
Combine oil and cumin in cup; rub over both sides of ham steak. Heat same skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Cook steak until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Cut into serving pieces. Serve with salsa and garnish with cilantro sprigs, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
