Blue Cheese-Buttermilk Dressing

- 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled blue cheese
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl: stir with a whisk until blended. Stir in onions and cheese.
