List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
