- 2 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
- 2/3 cup orange sections
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1/3 cup vertically sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup lemon sections
- 1/4 cup lime sections
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; tossing gently. Cover and chill.
