Creamy Caesar Dressing

- 2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 cloves garlic -- minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover and chill.
