Gingered Broccoli

List of Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce or sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Slice off and discard tough base of broccoli stems and cut the broccoli into spears.
- Combine ginger, garlic, vinegar, hoisin (or sugar) and soy in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Ease in the broccoli and steam for 5-7 minutes, until tender but still brightly colored. Serve immediately with some sauce spooned over.
