Ravioli Chicken Soup
List of Ingredients
- 3 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 3 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, cut in 1" cubes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated-uncooked cheese ravioli
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- n a large saucepan, combine broth, celery, onion, carrot, garlic and thyme. Bring to boil. Cook over med. heat 5 minutes. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Add ravioli, return to a boil. Boil gently 4-5 minutes or till ravioli are cooked and chicken is no longer pink. Stir in parsley.
