Spicy Asian Slaw

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 16 ounces ready-to-eat coleslaw
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
Instructions
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add green onions and coleslaw; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds over slaw mixture.
- Servings: 4 (serving size: 1 cup)
