Watermelon and Mango Salad with Citrus Dressing

- 5 cups cubed seeded watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups cubed peeled ripe mango
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 6 mint leaves, cut in thin strips
Instructions
- Combine watermelon and mango in a large bowl. Combine orange juice, rind, lime juice, and honey, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over fruit mixture; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with mint.
