    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
    • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons honey
    • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    • 3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 2 finely chopped seed jalapeno peppers
    • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
    • 2 green onions, chopped
    • 4 (6 ounce) mahimahi fillets
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Combine the first 11 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Place fish in a shallow dish; pour marinade over fish. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
    2. Prepare grill or broiler.
    3. Remove fish from dish; reserving marinade. Place fish on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Cook 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with marinade.
    4. Servings: 4
