Wilted Spinach with Pine Nuts

- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 (10 ounce) packages fresh spinach, trimmed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Stir in raisins, pine nuts and salt.
