- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Yield: 1 cup
- Serving size: 1 tablespoon 27 cal, 1.8 g fat, 1.3 g pro, 1.9 g carb, 1 mg chol, 87 mg sod.
