List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons flavor enhancer, optional
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 to 3 tsp cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all ingred. in a jar; twist the lid on airtight and shake to mix. Store away from heat and light for as long as 6 months. Makes about 1/2 cup, enough for 6-8 pounds of meat, poultry or seafood.
