- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoona low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoona bourbon whiskey
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound skinned, boned chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (1 pound) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (Boboli)
- 1 1/2 cups Healthy Choice Fancy Mozzarella cheese shreds, divided
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper stripes
- 1/4 cup diagonally sliced green onions
Instructions
- Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in chicken; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Remove chicken from bowl: reserve 2 tablespoons marinade. Discard remaining marinade.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 7 minutes, or until done. Stir in reserved 2 tbl. marinade; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat.
