    List of Ingredients


    • 1/3 cup molasses
    • 3 tablespoons steak sauce (such as A-1)
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 4 bone-in center-cut pork chops (6 ounces, each; about 1/2 inch thick)
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • Cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
    2. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 2 minutes on each side. Pour molasses mixture over pork; cook 2 minutes. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pork chop and 1-1/2 tablespoons sauce).
