    List of Ingredients


    • 2/3 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
    • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
    • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic -- minced


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a whisk. Cover and chill.
    2. Yield: 1 cup serving size: 1 tablespoon
