Frozen Cherry Salad

List of Ingredients



• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  
• 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  
• 1/4 cup sugar
  
• 2 cups minature marshmallows
  
• 1/2 cup chopped, toasted pecans
  
• 1 (16 ounce) can pitted dark sweet cherries, drained
  
• 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  
• 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained
  






Instructions



1. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and sugar, mix well. Fold in marshmallows and pecans. Add fruits.
   
   
2. Spoon mixture into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch pan, and freeze at least 6 hours or until firm.
   
   
3. To serve, let stand at room temperature 5 minutes and cut into 1-inch slices.
   
   
4. Serves 8
