Greek Salad
List of Ingredients
- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 6 cups torn iceburg lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 large cucumber, unpeeled and sliced
- 1 cup pitted black olives
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese
Instructions
- Combine lettuces, tomato, cucumber, and olives in a large bowl; toss well.
- Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard,oregano and pepper in a jar, cover and shake well.
- Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
- Sprinkle with Feta.
- Serves 8
