    Italian Artichoke Salad


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke bottoms, drained and cut in half
    • 12 ounces (about) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
    • 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese
    • Romaine lettuce
    • Italian salad dressing


    Instructions


    1. Combine artichoke, tomatoes and cheese; toss well. Serve over torn Romaine lettuce leaves and pass your favorite Italian dressing.
