Italian Artichoke Salad
List of Ingredients
- 2 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichoke bottoms, drained and cut in half
- 12 ounces (about) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup shredded Provolone cheese
- Romaine lettuce
- Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Combine artichoke, tomatoes and cheese; toss well. Serve over torn Romaine lettuce leaves and pass your favorite Italian dressing.
