Jicama Fruit Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 cups julienne-cut peeled jicama
- 1 red grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
- 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk. Add jicama and remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat.
- Yield: 5 servings (serving size: 1 cup) 99 cal, 0.3g fat, 1.6g pro, 24.5g carb, 0mg chol, 6mg sod.
