    Spicy Asian Slaw

    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
    • 16 ounces ready-to-eat coleslaw
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add green onions and coleslaw; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds over slaw mixture.

    2. Servings: 4 (serving size: 1 cup)
