    Beer Beef

    Recipe Introduction

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 pounds chuck roast
    • 2 packages dry Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing mix
    • 1 can beer
    • 1 Tablespoon each: salt, pepper, garlic powder
    • 12 sandwich buns
    • Provolone cheese


    Instructions


    1. Place Place roast, dressing mix, beer, salt, pepper and garlic powder in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.

    2. Shred beef and fill sandwich buns with meat and cheese.

    3. If you do not have a crock pot, place ingredients in a Dutch oven and bake at 300 F., 5 hours.
