Beer Beef

List of Ingredients
- 4 pounds chuck roast
- 2 packages dry Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing mix
- 1 can beer
- 1 Tablespoon each: salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 12 sandwich buns
- Provolone cheese
Instructions
- Place Place roast, dressing mix, beer, salt, pepper and garlic powder in crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred beef and fill sandwich buns with meat and cheese.
- If you do not have a crock pot, place ingredients in a Dutch oven and bake at 300 F., 5 hours.
