List of Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- Tacos:
- 4 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 2 Margarita Grouper Fillets (see recipe)
- 1/2 cup vertically sliced red onions
- 1 lime, quartered
Instructions
- To prepare drressing, combine first 4 ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
- To prepare tacos, place tortillas in a zip-top plastic bag; macrowave tirtillas at high 40 seconds. Divide Margarita Grouper Fillets and onion evenly over half of each tortilla; drizzle each with about 2 teaspoons dressing. Fold tortillas in half. Serve with lime wedges.
