    Grilled Turkey and Goat Cheese Sandwiches

    List of Ingredients


    • cooking spray
    • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) goat cheese
    • 1 (10 ounce) Italian cheese-flavored pizza crust (such as Boboli), cut in half horizontally
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
    • 1 (7 ounce) bottle roasted red bell peppers, drained
    • 3/4 pound thinly sliced cooked turkey breast


    Instructions


    1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.

    2. Spread cheese over half of crust. Arrange basil, peppers, and turkey over cheese. Top with remaining half of crust, and cut into 4 wedges. Add sandwiches to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.

    3. Servings: 4 369 cal, 12.3g fat, 27.4g pro, 38.3g carb, 1g fiber, 45mg chol, 3.3mg iron, 1296mg sod, 238mg calc.

    Notes: Use a spreadable goat cheese-easy and very good-do again, but add some garlic
