    Ravioli Chicken Soup


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
    • 1/3 cup chopped celery
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 carrot, sliced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
    • 3 boned and skinned chicken breast halves, cut in 1" cubes
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated-uncooked cheese ravioli
    • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. n a large saucepan, combine broth, celery, onion, carrot, garlic and thyme. Bring to boil. Cook over med. heat 5 minutes. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Simmer 3-4 minutes. Add ravioli, return to a boil. Boil gently 4-5 minutes or till ravioli are cooked and chicken is no longer pink. Stir in parsley.
